   Attended a blood test late due to an accident. We called to say that we were going to be late and were told on the phone that it was OK. Arrived only to be turned away, wasted journey with shocking customer service. Won't be going there again, shocking people. People should learn to communicate better, we could have been advised in the phone when I called but no.

   Thank you for your comments, first of all we would like to apologise that you haven't had a good experience at our pharmacy and that you were unable to complete your blood test. On the day that you came for your appointment unfortunately there had been an accident close and three way temporary traffic lights by which was causing heavy traffic. We understand that this was why you were late, unfortunately we do have a cut off for how late we can take blood samples due to the samples having to get to the lab for testing, we understand that you were told on the phone that if you came in we would complete the test for you, this would of been the case but unfortunately when you arrived it was twenty five minutes after the appointment time and this had surpassed our cut off point as the courier was on route and our phlebotomist had finished her shift. We have passed on your feedback to the staff involved. Once again we are sorry you had a unpleasant experience.
