First experience of Lo’s pharmacy was excellent. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant, polite, helpful and they provided a very timely service. They were very clear on their explanations of what was happening with tests carried out and provided a very thorough analysis of the results. Couldn’t ask for any more!

I would like to say a big thank you to Lo's Pharmacy at Outwood for offering a free blood pressure check when I went in to collect a prescription. I accepted and they recognised that my BP was on the high side. I was advised that I could either wear a monitor for 8 hours or be referred to my GP. This was on the tuesday and on the wednesday I went back to have my monitor fitted. I went back 8 hours later and the Pharmacist spoke to me. He advised that I needed to speak to my GP and would ring them the following day as the surgery was closed by this time. On the thursday I got a call from my GP at Outwood Medical centre at 11am in the morning and an appointment was made at 2pm that day to see the doctor. By 2.30pm I had had a blood test, my eyes checked, an ECG appointment was made, a lifestyle discussion took place and I was given a urine sample kit. The service I got from the staff at the Pharmacy and also my GP was amazing and if it had not been for them I would not have known I had high blood pressure. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and took time to explain what was happening and they did what they said they would do. Great experience and very much appreciated.
