My mum had an absolutely awful experience just yesterday with a very rude woman working at the counter. She was an Asian lady who clearly has no understanding of how to treat customers with even the most basic level of respect or courtesy. From the very beginning of the interaction, this staff member was abrupt and dismissive. Rather than greeting my mum politely or offering any kind of helpful assistance, she repeatedly responded with a sharp and rude “What” in a tone that was completely uncalled for and downright disrespectful. When my mum pointed out bare in mind both women are Asian, and my mum even addressed her in their own language to make sure she understood. that the way she was speaking was rude and inappropriate as the tone she used was so unnecessarily harsh it could genuinely shock someone, instead of apologising or trying to de-escalate the situation like any professional would, she smirked. No apology, no acknowledgement, just a smug and sarcastic look as if a customers concerns didn’t matter at all. That moment clearly showed a total lack of empathy, manners, or customer service training. Even more troubling, this isn’t a one-off incident. My mum has seen this same staff member treat other customers in the same rude and dismissive way on separate occasions. That suggests this is her regular behaviour, not just a bad moment. It’s completely unprofessional and shows no care for the standards of customer service expected in any workplace. As customers, we must speak up in situations like this. Staying silent allows behaviour like this to continue unchecked. We all have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and we should never feel like we have to tolerate this kind of treatment. Businesses need to take responsibility for the actions of their staff and ensure this kind of conduct is never allowed to continue. I don't know how this kind of behaviour is tolerated by the management, but it needs to be addressed immediately. Staff like this are a reflection of the business, and experiences like this drive loyal customers away. No one deserves to be treated with such arrogance and disrespect. Deeply disappointing and unacceptable. This whole experience was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses it properly. No customer should ever be made to feel small, dismissed, or laughed at when they’ve done absolutely nothing wrong. Respect goes both ways.

I was expecting my prescribed medications was working on Friday so could not go to pharmacy when phoned and asked they saying they hv no drivers to deliver for next few weeks what a joke ! ,really frustrated now will need to call 111 to order my blood pressure meds as they are finishing on Saturday and this pharmacy is closed for weekend, definitely needs to change pharmacy, I just think they don't care ,they were delivering all this time so was waiting, but they did not have decency to call and inform that they can't deliver, not happy at all wither service

A joke service, drivers will not deliver in rain,told to wait till next week for a prescription that was due yesterday,a total farce and a joke.
