Very Helpful, Very Professional & Respectful towards customers waiting on prescriptions. I have had problems in finding a certain medication and previous nominated pharmacy kept me waiting for weeks without success or even basic information & support. Within a very short while Listers of Pharmacist & Pharmacy staff at Rugby Warwickshire had helped to get this sorted. It was such a relief!

After reading the reviews previous to this one you would think that it was an awful chemist. I have been attending this chemist for over a decade now and I have never found issues with them. The staff are polite and I don’t wait long for my prescriptions. Also appreciated the chemist recommending different dressings for my wound back in January, as I know they are very busy people. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Maybe someone should finally tell what the truth is about this pharmacy. They have problems finding medicines, do not answer the phone, medicines are rarely prepared on time. But if you want to call and get information if they're ready, you can't do that. Then you stand in queue for 30 minutes and finaly the drugs are not ready or missing - this is sick - and just being nice isn't enough unfortunately.

always helpful, never any issues with prescriptions. finding emails are better rather than phoning. if you make their job easy for them then all the better for the customer. not always the chemist fault & they know more bout meds than doctors.

Prescribed anti biotics by Doctor only to be told by staff it will not be ready today and cant say for sure it will be ready tomorrow, people waiting with only one staff serving and the staff saying we need to lock the door to stop any more coming in not my idea of a professional run business.

Every time I collect a prescription they get it wrong, or can’t find it for 30 mins & blame the surgery. Genuinely stressful to deal with, & this has been going on for a while. I’ll never use them again anymore. Take their customers for granted and have no system in place.
