The staff in this pharmacy are so helpful and caring. The lady I dealt with at the counter was really helpful and so concerned about the pain my young Granddaughter was in. I can't thank her enough for her help. This was in sharp contrast to my local pharmacy who had no interest whatsoever

This pharmacy had got to be the best in Maidstone. By far. Outstanding. Plenty of staff on hand to help . Nothing seems to much for them Thank you 😊

Second time I have been in there and both times they havent had the items in stock. It took them 20 minutes to find the prescription second time so I then had to go to a different pharmacy so complete waste of time. Won’t be using for a third time.

I took my son in today with a swollen eye. The person who dealt with us was fantastic. She went through the possibilities clearly and patiently and then discussed treatment options. Really excellent service. Thank you

I get my regular prescriptions from Link Pharmacy. Always friendly, and their service is brilliant. They have a great retrieval system better than anything locally in my experience.

Queued to collect a private prescription. Handed it in and got told do I mind waiting 5 minutes. I have no issue with that he then proceeded to see every other person in the queue. Which I didn’t say anything 15 minutes go by and he’s seeing people that are walking into the store. I ask him are you going to see every person walking in after me ? How long is it going to be could be a hour? he then proceeded to say he’s by himself and mine takes 15 minutes so I need to wait. I think maybe you should be fair to people and see people who come into the store first. I waited my turn I didn’t say anything to people who got seen after me he then proceeds to see people way after me that are walking in. at what point to I get served ? very unfair. Very rude. So basically as long as people are walking in the shop I can’t get my prescription?

We are very sorry to hear that your experience at Link Pharmacy was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, on Saturday local Pharmacy services had been severely impacted by COVID and staff shortages. A Pharmacy was unexpectedly closed which meant that Link Pharmacy was unusually busy for a Saturday evening. We pride ourselves on our reputation for providing an excellent customer service and try to go over and above in helping our patients resolve any issues or concerns swiftly. It is clear from your review that we fell short of this standard on this occasion. Having discussed this with the Pharmacist on duty we will always endeavour to give patients the most accurate waiting time we can. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
