    When I turned up for my Covid Booster jab, the pharmacy was closed. No one answered the phone and I called them so many times. NHS sent me a confirmed sms of the appointment (ref: 92214326). I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. The pharmacey did not have a descency to call me and tell me to inform their closure. I arranged for a carer and paid for my cab. Never again, go somewhere else.

    I was on daily pick up for approximately 2 years and cannot stress enough how wonderful, tolerant & friendly this chemist is. I changed from another chemist due to the bad attitude of the pharmacist and even though I have to walk a little further to Lime Grove It's worth the effort. Any delay has always been down to the prescribing Dr but it's the Pharmacy staff who take the flak from the public for this, and take all the abusive language and angry comments on a daily basis with such polite reserved attitudes. Ask yourself if you could do the same?? There absolutely amazing. Thank you from me.
