A week ago, I went to this chemist to purchase a specific type of tonic. I was advised that they didn’t have this particular brand and was told an alternative brand who is executive the same. I purchased this other brand and it is not the same as no of the ingredients seem to match. When I tried to return this tonic, I was told I couldn’t because medicines could not be returned. This didn’t make sense because it was clear the packet was unopened and the seal was still intact.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I've seen great customer service over the past few years and wouldn't go anywhere else! They are outstanding.

There were issues with my prescription at the surgery but staff went the extra mile and rang around helping me sort the issue. Busy store yet they can still cope amazingly with any queries I have. Always have stock in as well. Will be sticking around here!

  5. Review titled Appalled!

I have supported Lillington Pharmacy for years because one of the pharmacists went over and above to supply me with a particular medicine, which he then kept in stock for me. In appreciation of this, I have continued to use their services. I was delighted when they began to offer a free delivery service, because I have a disability that prevents me from driving on some occasions. I live remotely, about 2.5 miles from the pharmacy, and spoke with someone who reassured me that delivery to my house would be perfectly acceptable, for which I expressed my gratitude. However, one of the delivery persons began to comment on the location of my house, and because we are caught up in the HS2 workings, made it absolutely clear on more than one occasion that he was not keen to deliver to us. I repeatly checked with various staff, all of whom said it was no problem. I did have a moan to a member of staff last week because the driver was making me feel awkward about deliveries. The final straw was at 5.59 this evening (they close at 6pm). All I wanted to do was collect a prescription that had been dispensed and was waiting for me to collect. I decided that if there were no other customers in the shop, I would not go in so that they could close shop. However, the door was actually open, and I could see two customers in the shop. I entered and said to the assistant that I was there to collect a prescription that was ready. This woman literally shreaked at me 'You're cutting it a bit fine, love! I want to go home as well! " I replied to her that the item was ready, and that there were other people in the shop, so what was the problem? I also said that I had registered with an on-line pharmacy and they would not have to worry about me again. Her reply was "We DO deliver and you have been a terrible customer" . I have actually been a supportive, patient customer who has praised their service and recommended them over the years. One of the customers in the shop followed me out and commented on this woman's appalling behaviour. This same woman actually said to my husband on one occasion "You are not going to be horrible to me, are you? A woman came in here today and was so nasty to me that she made me cry." It is hardly surprising if she treated this woman in the same appalling manner that she did to me!
