Today I have returned to the pharmacy to collect some medication for a vaunrable person to be told that I can not collect the medication today, yet we was told the medication was ready two days ago. The medication is very important and can not be missed as this is from mental health yet they wanted me to come back tomorrow and leave her without medication for another day. This is a ongoing problem with poor service yet no one is taking accountability and tries to push the blame to the gp and the blame gets passed back from the gp towards the pharmacy this is very stressful in normal conditions let alone someone with mental health absolutely appalling.

Wonderful experience here today for both our Covid Booster and Flu Vaccine. Arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. Thank you for this amazing and efficient service once again. 😀 👏
