Excellent community pharmacy in Leyland. Always go above and beyond and a very well stocked pharmacy. I can always rely on this pharmacy when needing any prescription medication

My partner collected my order. One item was missing. I immediately called the chemist but the call was rejected 3 times. I called into the chemist the nxt day. The man on the counter was sluggish and left me stood with no explanation as to what was happening. When he eventually appeared again I was asked to come back with the bag so they could investigate further which I did. The chemist said she would issue me this one time but was making a note on my record!! Rude and insulting, implying I was giving false information. This place is a mess and totally unorganised. Baskets of prescriptions everywhere, no wonder items are missing. Aisles behind the counter littered with boxes. Health and safety at its best. I do not recommend and have now changed chemist.

The team are more than competent to meet all your needs. Very well organised and transparent. Located on Leyland high street so very easy to find and staff very easygoing.

Leyland Late Night Pharmacy is a great pharmacy. The staff here is knowledgeable and always willing to help. They provided excellent guidance, ensuring I received the correct medication and addressed all my concerns. The pharmacy is well-maintained and efficiently organised, making the entire process smooth and convenient. The overall service, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers make Leyland Late Night Pharmacy a great choice. I can confidently recommend this pharmacy.

Orders often given incomplete when more than a couple of items ordered. Phone put down on callers part way through a conversation/ query. No text to say prescription ready (details on file) and then they are not helpful when you ring to check if ready. Last straw was attending and being told the Dr had failed to send the request over, yet request was showing on app as sent through to pharmacy. Had to leave and call the Dr surgery and they confirmed was sent and to that pharmacy. Rang pharmacy back and told it was there all along... Had to make 2nd trip into town to then collect which is a waste of time. Maybe someone should have checked 1st as this would have prevented all the running around. Would not recommend unfortunately. Similar reviews look like this isn't just a one person issue...

I have been trying to call all evening tonight as i have an urgent medication to collect that i am not meant to miss even one single dose as prescribed, yet ive called 36times this evening already an not once have they answered, norw do they ever message or call like they supposed to do when the prescription is received in the chemist, constant issues with this for over a year, every single 2 weeks, same issues 2 weeks later, absolute dog log, im switching chemist tomorrow. Wouldn't mind but not once have they even apologized only made out that im to blame each time.

Took a prescription in for medication for my 93 year old mother. Waited 40 mins then told by the pharmacist? That she couldn't read the prescription. (40 mins?). Asked if I knew what it said then asked if my 93 year old mother could ring the hospital. What a joke....drove into Preston stopped at the first pharmacy I came to. they read the prescription and I had medication in 3 mins.. would not recommend Leyland late night pharmacy, obviously just cannot cope with the amount of customers they have.

I had a horrible experience at this chemist this evening. I left without my medicine even though it was there on the side in plain view with my name on it. I would drive a further 30 minutes to avoid this establishment. Very disappointed and surprised they are allowed to operate.

I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. Staff are unhelpful and surly, don't listen and have no life skills. No use ringing these guys, the phone just keeps ringing! Nobody bothers to answer it. Staff have no comprehension of patient privacy, they yell the patient's name and symptoms across the pharmacy! Wouldn't use them again.
