My Husband and I attended the Pharmacy for our 2023 Covid jab. We had barely sat down before being called in for our jabs.The questions asked were professional and friendly. When it came to the jab itself, neither of us felt a thing - very gentle. I would certainly recommend this service.

Ready and waiting at the exact time I arrived. Pleasant and reassuring, thank you. The best experience of all the Covid jabs I have ever had, would recommend this practice to anyone. My friend hopes she will be able to get her jab there on my recommendation.

I've been using just about every Pharmacy in Letchworth over the years, everyone has had issues, mainly with my prescriptions not being made in time and having to wait for hours to collect them. No issues with Letchworth Pharmacy after being with them for a year. Everytime I order though the app then walk in a few days later and its ready. The staff are so friendly and helpful aswell. A breath of fresh air.

I have used the services of this pharmacy recently and found it to be a most user friendly operation. The knowledgeable staff offer a friendly and efficient customer service. This pharmacy offers many services which others do not and is certainly a major asset both to the NHS and Letchworth Garden City.

Went to the pharmacy for my covid booster and was immediately impressed. The staff were efficient and friendly as was the pharmacist who gave me the vaccine. The pharmacy is well stocked, clean and bright and definitely an asset to Letchworth.

We are a registered care home and receive all our customers medication from Letchworth pharmacy, often there are last minute changes or additions ,dispensing staff always resolve our issues promptly and ensure our customers have the correct medication they need exactly as and when the Doctors prescribe thank you very much
