I have only been at Laycocks chemist for a short while. As my previous supplier of mine and my son Joe closed down and we then went to Laycocks and the service that we have received from all the staff there has been excellent customer service. My son is on alot of medication so sometimes they have had to order his medication in specially for some of his medication isn't widely available and the chemists always seems to find the medication from somewhere else. And they always keep you informed of the progress they are making in ordering the items. I have nothing but praise for this chemist as they have the patients concerns at heart in everything that they do. So thank you Haycocks chemists for the excellent service you provide us the public.

Counter staff noticed on my prescription an error in the diagnosis from the A&E department of my local hospital and confirmed by pharmacist. Subsequently confirmed by my own Gp and the error corrected, I’m really grateful to the pharmacy and my doctor for picking this error up, and saving me many days of real discomfort.

The staff are friendly and helpful, we have had difficulty with our gp issuing prescriptions but we have never had any problems with Laycocks. Excellent!
