Went to pick up prescriptions for myself and my daughter late on a Friday evening and my daughters hadn’t gone through. No help from the doctors, but Larchwood informed me a could get an emergency prescription for her, using the NHS app. Never heard of this before, so extremely thankful for the help they gave me. New owners as well, so wishing them the best of luck.

I had the pleasure of using this pharmacy and was treated with courtesy and respect. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and explained things in a way which was appropriate to my knowledge while still treating me as a patient. This can be a difficult balance to achieve. I will most definitely be using this pharmacy again.

I called to check if a certain medication was in stock since I couldn't find it anywhere and luckily they had 2 bottles in stock to fill my daughter's prescription.

I visited Larchwood today after two other pharmacies in Addiscombe were unable to fulfil my prescription. The gentleman who assisted me in Larchwood was so very helpful, courteous and kind and was able to provide the medication I needed. I am so grateful! Thank you so much for your efforts and time taken to help, especially as the Pharmacy was busy. Top class service - 10 out of 10!

After experiencing disappointing service from another high street pharmacy over the years, I was pointed to Larchwood. They could not have been more helpful in fulfilling my repeat prescription. I am transferring my business to them from now on.
