I have used this pharmacy 4 times now and every time the staff have been relaxed, friendly and calm. I’m so impressed by the atmosphere as you walk in, lovely plants everywhere and uncluttered shelves. All staff I have spoken with have been kind and knowledgeable.

This chemist used to be wonderful, but they must have changed staff because lately they are so unprofessional and uncaring! 3 days ago they received my prescriptions and yestarday they told me they would delivery my medicine in the afternoon, they didn’t come. Today the phone was all morning until 14:30 engaged, I tried every 5 min and I’m sure they just disconnected for a time being, i managed to talk to them and again I been promised to have my medicine, and again nobody showed up! Lately they are keeping my medicine with them for too long instead then give to sick people in need! I’m now 3 days without my medicine for my heart also! So I already told few people if I’m going to be hill is just them fault! How dare leaving people without the medicine!!!! Disgusting behaviour, and they distress sick people even more! Thanks lane and Stedmen!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for a while and I am constantly amazed at how helpful and friendly the staff are. Nothing is too much trouble and this is the best community pharmacy I have ever been to. Will never go back to Boots!

Rude. Dismissive staff Not typical of the area, where most people working in a service based/ front line job are so nice. Have been using this pharmacy for 4 years. Never had a thank you nor any common courtesy of any kind. Will take my business elsewhere. The signs in the pharmacy asking for “ polite treatment of staff”should also say the same for customers. They are after all paying your salaries
