   Whilst visiting to collect a prescription for nicotine replacement therapy, I clearly heard a rather simplified and very judgemental comment which made me feel very uncomfortable. An older sounding lady stated that free nrt prescriptions are a waste of taxpayer's money and that the recipients brought the problem about themselves. I would like to add that every other visit I ever made to the pharmacy has been totally satisfactory or very good Indeed.
