Today was like previous encounters, poor customer service was evident, with staff seemingly unenthusiastic about interacting with the public. Despite a queue, there was enough staff to handle the busy period adequately. There was a lack of acknowledgment or apology for the wait, nor any explanation for prioritising other tasks over serving customers. phone calls this morning seemed to take precedence over face-to-face interactions. Perhaps it's time to provide these NHS employees with proper customer service training and support.
