Advised to go walking around to other pharmacies to obtain a medication for a sensitive medical issue. Too little direction given to the patient, no empathy and a lack of awareness of the impact this sort of service quality has on a patient.

I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years I have many complex medical issues the staff are always Very helpful, the pharmacist goes that extra mile to assist me and my family when needed she offers advice when unable to get doctors appointment. Overall this pharmacy gives a great service

Whilst arriving to pick up prescription I wasn’t greeted by staff even upon taking my request. I was informed I never placed a prescription which is a lie proven later on (With no apology or sense of concern for customer), I had 0 communication as to why I couldn’t receive my prescription and given yet again no support on how to access these medication for an emergency prescription as it was coming up for the weekend and the health centre was going to be closed. I asked for support on how to order prescription online and was told they don’t know (no offer to ask another member of staff to support with this even though there was plenty of staff in ) I was given a prescription with 0 questions asked regarding symptoms(concerning in my eyes, grateful they where able to provide this too me) overall left feeling agitated and concerned for my health and well-being I avoid going in to be honest
