Not only they never have my medication on time but the actual pharmacists don't even bother to come and speak to the patient but they send over other staff e.g. the cashier! In this last occasion, I've waited for 2 weeks for medication that I order through this pharmacy for over 10 years. There's always an excuse or blame to others but no responsibility taken to act and facilitate the patient in some way (e.g. contacting the supplier). It seems that they have forgotten they are in a medical profession and any duty of care! Disappointing.

Best pharmacy in the local area. Well staffed by helpful professionals. Prompt filling of prescriptions with easy access to additional services. I required a 24hr BP reading and was advised by my GP that Kristal Pharmacy would be able to fit a cuff more quickly than the practice, which they did. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, has great interpersonal skills, assessed my individual needs then fedback the results without medical jargon. Highly recommended!

Not providing pre- ordered meds within seven days Not delivering requested meds My asma is a problem if I am not routinely taking my meds non provision puts me at risk and am now on the edge of a asma attack

The pharmacy went to considerable lengths to get part of my prescription for me, going as far as to get a member of staff to go to another pharmacy to source it, because it was needed urgently. Literally going the extra mile! Much appreciated.

I visited yesterday evening for a COVID vaccination. I had misread my booking time and arrived 30 minutes late but the pharmacist, pharmacy assistant and customer service person were all so welcoming and said it was no problem. They fitted me into their busy schedule immediately, had a joke and a smile, and performed a very quick and painless vaccination. The whole experience was just excellent and I cannot praise it highly enough. Keep up the good work team, you are the best.

I went for a Covid vaccine and was offered a Blood Pressure reading. This was slightly high and 24 hour monitoring was suggested which I agreed to. I thought this was a great addition to the services offered by this friendly and helpful busy local pharmacy which serves the local community.

I've had good experience using this pharmacy for my prescriptions but in my last visit I found out they also do travel vaccines. The pharmacist was really helpful, went through all the vaccines needed/available and I was done within 20 minutes. Much cheaper than other travel services I had looked up as well. Would highly recommend.
