    There was a long queue and the person in front was waiting for them to find her prescription. Came to me and they couldn't find mine either. Eventually I got my medication. They have no system there. Its a mess. The queue was just getting longer behind me.

    Very impressed. We needed to collect epipen for our grandson. Unlike the chain pharmacy company, Knaphill Pharmacy answered the phone promptly twice and were very understanding of our urgent need. The staff in the shop were very polite when I collected. Nothing sensational here in truth, but sadly, based on recent experience with other pharmacies, this merits a 5* rating in my book!

    I asked if they offered private Covid vaccines_ they said yes and I booked 3 for my sons and husband. They turn up for their appointments to be told they do not offer private Covid vaccines. I had been very clear about what I was asking for and why. Deeply unimpressed.

    The young girl on the counter blonde hair is rude. I was forced to pay cash which I didn't have much only just enough Really needs some customer care training Pharmacist amazing Lady who used to work for boots store before amazing she goes above and beyond for everyone Difficult job to do as it's always there fault even when it's not

    After visiting the knaphill Pharmacy today it saddened me how the young girl behind the counter serving, who was extremely professional and polite was ignored by her colleagues when the queue becoming unmanageable and she asked them three times for help. I'm sure we mostly understand how there is a larger amount of prescription the give out to the community but it is quiet obvious that their system is not working and they are lacking in organisation and supporting their staff properly. Hopefully this can be put right in the months to come.

    It was bad before but it’s even worse now since being taken over by someone else. Prescriptions are being lost as their system is broken! Instead of having boxes with ready made prescriptions in in alphabetical order they have a numbering box system e.g c1….b3 etc….However if they cannot find your front part of the prescription then they cannot see which box it has been put in. This happened on numerous times whilst I was waiting for mine to be remade as it was lost. I have friends who have been in since Monday of this week and the same has happened. Something needs to be done because if they are then having to remake prescriptions then drugs are being wasted in the numbered boxes as they haven’t been claimed. Shocking, shocking chemist!

    This pharmacy was always slow and disorganised when it was Boots but now it has changed hands it is even worse. Long delays for prescriptions, prescriptions not ready even though they have been there for over 2 weeks and only 2 out of 3 medications were provided. They couldn't find a prescription which was sent over a week ago but my doctors has confirmed they received it. When you ask for your prescription all the assistant does is write your name and date of birth on a scrap of paper and pass it in a tray into the back, they don't even go looking to see if the prescription is already done and waiting in one of the boxes. There were a lot of unhappy customers in there this morning.

    I went in to collect my prescription as I had not been told it was ready. We live far away and I am elderly. I stood in the queue which was going out the door. By the time I got into the shop, I could hear the assistant say to another assistant, "That presciption for Mrs. , they haven't sent the *name of medication.* In all my 80 years, I have never heard pharmacy employees talk like that. I don't think its very professional

    Was told that my prescription was available but I had to collect from Somewhere else, who knew nothing about it. They told me to go back to Knaphill who also knew nothing about it. Absolute liars I’m not well, but they had me running around which I really didn’t need. The both of them are incredibly incompetent and liars.

    The first time I went to Knaphill Pharmacy I accepted the poor service as teething problems due to their recently taking over from Boots. Unfortunately, today, the service I received was even worse. Initially i waited over 10minutes to be served while two members of staff were trying to rectify the cash in the till. At not point did anyone apologise or explain they were having problems and to bare with them. Eventually I presented my prescription which was passed to the pharmacist. He came out after about 5 mins and explained they did not have the medication in stock and would not get it until Wednesday. I said that was okay, only to be told to go to another pharmacy, who may have it in stock. Despite my being prepared to wait, the pharmacist did not want to order and I left the pharmacy with my prescription. During my time at the pharmacy, only one person out of six, left with their prescription. Most were told their prescription had not been received and others were told they could not have their prescription as it would not be ready by closing time ( the time was 5.30pm - 5.40pm). One gentleman had returned to the pharmacy after being told they did not have his prescription, despite his G.P. confirming it had been sent Friday. He was desperate for the medication and flatly refused to leave until he had his medication. He was clearly in distress. I will not be returning.
