   I was advised by NHS111 with symptoms of a Urinary tract infection. They prescribed antibiotics but then told me I could only have nitrofurantoin, a antibiotic I previously had a bad reaction to. I said I was unable to have this antibiotic as it made me ill. He said he was unable to choose a different antibiotic and that he couldn't prescribe what I needed. Either the system is at fault or the pharmacist has not been trained properly. It is disgraceful that I was turned away.

   I have been using this pharmacy since they opened. I have had zero problems. The only problems are caused by my GP not sending the necessary prescriptions. Everyone aways very helpful. Yes they sometimes have a problem with pennies but really I do not consider that important in the scheme of things. Thank you to all. Diane :-)

   I cannot thank the staff here enough. They were so helpful and supportive. Thank you for your assistance when my daughter was ill. I will always remember your kindness.
