   I visited this practice when i was away from home and was in extreme need of antibiotics, my doctor surgery sent the prescription here, upon arrival i was in a lot of pain and the prescription was still waiting on approval from my doctors at home. I cannot praise the staff at Kington pharmacy enough they were so kind and joyful and patient, i had to wait there for an hour and they constantly checked on me and on my prescription status for me, i am prone to anxiety and when i got very distressed they talked with me and brought me water and tissues and took the time to stay with me and to help me de stress. As i sat there waiting i watched them treat every patient who came in with the same kindness, time, and consideration and you can tell they are really involved with the local community. When my prescription finally did come through they were swift with getting it sorted and even got me more water to allow me to take the medication. I was having a very difficult day and was in a difficult situation but the loveliness of the staff here really made my day, they did everything they could to help me. Every single member of staff was so nice and helpful and you can tell they have a great working environment from how happy and smiley they all were together, and this really comes across so positively to customers. I'm leaving this review because i really want to thank the caring staff at Kineton pharmacy for everything they did for me.
