The last few months have been brilliant I’ve had my full prescriptions ready for my carer (son) to collect the have been both polite to myself on the phone as by I always phone beforehand and to my son in the shop Very happy Thank you

Very rude 1st point of call to the point of mocking me . Pharmacist lovely and helpful . Refresher on customer service needed for the 'lady' I spoke to .
