   Very rude 1st point of call to the point of mocking me . Pharmacist lovely and helpful . Refresher on customer service needed for the 'lady' I spoke to .

   A bright and clean pharmacy with friendly and approachable staff. Having recently swapped from Boots on Arbury Road, due to shocking customer service and always long waiting times, even when just one other person in the queue, Kasli is a refreshing change. A nice clean pharmacy, staff always polite and helpful, this is both face to face and over the phone. I’m so glad that I changed. Thank you for your help and your kindness. I will highly recommend you to anyone who asks.
