I smoked for over 30 years and didn't think stopping was possible having tried everything else including hypnosis. Whilst looking at patches, the pharmacist came over to tell me he can help me quit. A little dubious, I gave it a shot.. I am so proud to say I am now 6 weeks a non smoker. The support I had was key - it was relevant, factual and prepared me for what I would be feeling each week as my body began its withdrawal. I am eternally grateful for the support and recommend this to anyone thinking of giving up.

To help smokers, we offer an easily accessible smoking cessation clinic and remain passionate and dedicated to helping them in their battle to quit smoking. We take as much satisfaction from helping a client to stop smoking as the quitter!

I have always loved the very friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff at Kanset Pharmacy, and lately I was offered by them a health check, which I found truly informative and useful for my wellbeing. I was kindly invited by the staff to step into an NHS pop-up health bus, parked just outside the pharmacy, and had my blood pressure meticulously checked, my weight and height, and we went through lots of questions on health issues. On a second visit I had my cholesterol checked, and my risk of heart attack and diabetes assessed; I received lots of very useful advice and came out feeling more in control of my health. I couldn't recommend Kanset Pharmacy highly enough.

I was referred to Kanset pharmacy via 111 as I needed advice, and to organise last-minute vaccines for a backpacking trip. The team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. They provided me with crucial information and advice within 24 hours and helped me to feel safe and prepared for my trip. I frequent this pharmacy and am always impressed by the warm and welcoming staff, and how knowledgeable and keen to support they are.

I got my flu jab there and the pharmacist was most knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous, kind and immediately made me feel at ease. I hardly felt the vaccine, which came as a relief, as I do not like needles. Both my family and myself have been visiting Kanset pharmacy for many years (it almost feels like an extended family) and have always been impressed with the service provided. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful, professional team of pharmacists close to where we live. I cannot recommend Kanset more highly and wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Kanset. Keep up the great work.

We are so lucky to have such a great team working at Kansit pharamacy. They go above and beyond to help you, very friendly and approachable. They have helped us on numerous occasions with great advice, chasing up delayed prescriptions, and keeping us informed along the way. We totally recommend them.

The staff are friendly, helpful.Always offering help and advice.Monthly medication are always made up for collection in time.You are always welcomed with a smile and is the most caring pharmacy I have ever used.If I have a query or need advice…. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for advice.5 star ⭐️ Pharmacy in Richmond.

I met the pharmacist for a health check as part of Richmond Carer’s Week. He gave me good advice and was considerate and practical. It didn’t feel at all like going to the headmaster to be told off, as I’ve experienced in other health checks! I would definitely recommend it to others.

I have dealt with Kanzet Pharmacy over many years and have always been impressed with their knowledge, their efficiency and their general friendly helpfulness over a wide range of services. The staff know their local community well and keep an eye on their clients' general health and well-being. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been coming to Kanset pharmacy for 18 years. For all this time l always have been welcome by staff immediately with smile and address by my name. l always received full information how to take medicine or advice if l am looking for one. Staff very kind, with deep knowledge about medicine and real interest in patient and how to help. That was a case last week when l book to be seen by one member of Kanset pharmacy staff with very short notice. Although they were very busy and short with the staff l was seen immediately and received very professional and human service with my issues dealt with on the spot. I received a full information with going into details, real empathy and words 'let us know what is happened '. As always feeling that you are more than a patient that you are a part of the family. Well done - perfect service.
