   The level of customer care is always absolutely awful. The people serving are always rude and snappy and ignore customers and the telephone. This is not the first time where I went to pick up two prescriptions, they only give one, despite having them both there. They also always delay giving prescriptions, and you have always make multiple visits to get a prescription. I also had to delay my medication intake by weeks, as they don't get them ready and can't even give a reason as to why. Absolutely horrendous, I should not have to be waiting for a 3-4 weeks turnaround time for a prescription and visiting multiple times just to check. Best not to use this pharmacy.

   I am sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received at our pharmacy. I note you mention your prescription has taken weeks to process. I assume from this comment that your medicine was out of stock as usually we receive next day deliveries. There are a large number of nationwide stock shortages at the moment. Medicines can be out of stock for days, months and in some rare cases years. Unfortunately pharmacy teams are not told when an item will return or the reason for the shortage. I apologise that you have found our staff rude and you have experienced other problems when collecting your prescription.
