I go in to pick up my prescription every Wednesday and as usual went in today the pharmacist was over the back so as usual I called over to say I’ll come back in 10 mins. I have a hearing disability which sometimes makes me speak louder than the average person. I suffer with severe anxiety and depression and this has triggered it making me feel judged and discriminated against

I came out of hospital a few weeks ago from a nervous breakdown and kamsons at the highway have been asked on 3 separate occasions can they deliver my prescription because I'm housebound and they have said no each time and I've had lots of trouble getting my prescription and/or items missing every week since I've come out of hospital.i cried to pharmacist that Im really unwell and she was cold and refused delivery again.i have chest pains over all this and I have a heart murmur.
