   Unfortunately the last couple of times I have tried to collect a prescription the service has been extremely slow! Waiting over an hour and a half to be seen, or being asked to return the next day because the member of staff who has access to pharmaceuticals isn’t present. Parents with young children and old people having to come back and queue yet again for hours to get prescriptions - what is going on??
