Emailed the pharmacy to ask if Covid tests were Free for Cancer patients, & got reply back yes. Went to collect one and was then told that they dont give anything Free to anyone... including Terminal Cancer Patients. Was told its up to the chemist if Free or you pay & they don't help anyone, no matter what the illness is. Every other chemist helps Cancer Patients. Not Kamsons Chemist. I was told by them that Terminal Cancer dosent mean anything. Its just one of them things you get. So heartless at this chemist at Lucy Street, Bolton. I will never ever go to any Kamsons Chemist at all.

Please see below another copy of the email that was sent to you Please accept my sincerest apologies. The member of the team you spoke to hadn’t been informed of the service and was unaware of the NHS supply. I have spoken to the staff and sent them all the required information so that going forward, the NHS lateral flow service is available from the pharmacy. Once again, would you please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.
