I forgot to pack an inhaler when venturing out. A massive asthma attack saw me practically fall into K's chemist in Ordsall. I could barely breathe let alone speak. The wonderful Scottish lady behind and the counter. Together with the pharmacist, took excellent care of me. Not my gp surgery, nor my chemist. They cared not. Simply recognised my panic and desperation. Got me an inhaler then kept me seated until it was safe to leave. Big thanks to both hard workers.

Couldn’t get a appoinment for my daughter at drs who had an ear infection, took her to the chemist to see the pharmacy under the new scheme where if needed my daughter could be prescribed antibiotics, had a consultation with a lovely man who checked her over done all the usual checks temp etc and she was then prescribed antibiotics for her infection, amazing service

I would just like to say what a delight it is to be treated with such friendly positive staff. The chemist is a very busy chemist and no matter how busy they are you are greeted with such professionalism and a huge smile. I had an experience where I needed a particular item which they didn't have in stock, I was really worried as I needed to start the medication the same day, they reassured me ordering the medication and would be in the afternoon I couldn't believe how quick the service was and rang me to let me know it had arrived to come and pick up. I have been going there for years and I have never took they actually time out to give some positive feedback which they thoroughly deserve. I know all there names individually and I always leave smiling from ear to ear. Thanks to you all, keep up the hard work you and most of all keep smiling you are appreciated.
