This chemists used to be very good, friendly and had helpful staff but sadly in the last year or so the same staff have become less welcoming and one gentleman in particular is quite rude and ineffective. I dread when he is assigned to deal with any of my queries as he takes a very long time, often gets things wrong, talks over me and complains about his job (which makes me feel uncomfortable). Someone being argumentative with you when you are unwell or making a general inquiry just isn't what you need. Hopefully they will get back on track as I found them very good pre-covid. Not sure what has happened since.

I can honestly not say a bad word about them, they are kind, considerate and go above and beyond, never find it a chore to drop the medication off, have never been late, when we had an urgent prescription as soon as it arrived they made sure we received so we didn't miss a dose, they could have just delivered it when they were doing the rounds but they didn't, I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone and I can't speak highly enough of the pharmacy. I understand why they are so busy and demand. They have thousands of patients but they have amazing staff who go above and beyond and they are always busy, everytime I go to the pharmacy they always have other patients but they make sure they take time to explain, we as a family ain't just a number to them.
