Having recently being diagnosed with diabetes and not getting much help from my gp the pharmacist phoned me one afternoon to see how I was and to discuss some issues I had. He was extremely helpful and caring and went out of his way for me. I have been using Jolley’s for many years and find this pharmacist a breath of fresh air. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had my flu and covid jabs and was very impressed with the service. Didnt have to wait long to be seen and the pharmasist wad extreamly friendly.

Received someone else’s medication - Breach of information governance & medical dispensary. Need to review process for dispensary as how many others have experienced? This could have been cd medication or critical medication for another service user I had received and if not for checking May have gone a miss Also, during my time with ‘Jollys’ I wouldn’t say the staff hold up to its name - rude and abrupt.

I always collect my prescription from here and find the staff on the counter extremely efficient and friendly. They told me they were doing blood pressure checks now and booked me in. The pharmacist who I think is the new owner did this a lovely guy. During my visit an elderly gentleman came in to get his arm looked at as he had a fall the night before. They got him a seat then looked after him so well he was even taken back to his car where his wife was waiting and of they both went to the walk in centre. This is the way to run your Business and its so lovely to see people who genuinely care about the Community. Wishing you every success for the future as you deserve it. Good old fashioned values by a young team of people,

The great team there are offering lots of new and extra services, such as Blood Pressure monitoring, which I took them up on. And the manager went above and beyond, taking the time to answer all my questions-Thank you to you all.

Very accommodating staff and service from the new look Jolley's. They go out of their way to provide a good experience. The delivery service is also excellent.
