    They could do with some customer service training. Really gruff, unsympathetic, and utterly unhelpful. I have been trying to get antibiotics for days and have been unable to because of their staffing issues. No apologies from them either.

    to the staff and pharmacists of Preddy's Westbury Wilts. A big thank you. Through pandemic and financial crisis you have kept my medication dispensed perfectly, on time and delivered politely . You are the best! Have a happy and blessed Easter break. you deserve it!!!

    To all the staff at Preddys, you do an amazing job! We are so lucky to have you. Today was extremely busy for you but you kept on going. I love how the lady on the counter knows and remembers everyone's names, she even had mine ready before I got to the counter. Amazing work. Well done all!

    First time they didn't have my prescription ready that I order monthly with at least 7 days notice as advised on my online portal which also says it will be ready by certain day. I went it the staff was unhelpful told me they ain't got it this is medication I cannot just miss as it could eb life threatening told me there's nothing they can do about and handed me over the prescription and told me to look else where. And on this occasion the pharmacist was awfully rude for asking a simple question and in a defense mode I was told by my surgery that the pharmacy will have all the info regarding my new prescription so all I asked when do I start taking it and do I just swap over from my old meds as I asked this same my surgery they told me the pharmacy will tell me. She had a go at me that I should of sorted that with my doctor and nothing to do with her as much as I understand I have bad anxiety as it is and I was just following as per I was told. I didn't even speak to the doctor about this I was told by the gp team to just go and pick up new medication I have every right to have worries and questions as I have been told nothing and as much as I understand the pharmacist there was no need to speak to me with such an awful tone of voice.

    It is virtually impossible to contact the pharmacy for repeat prescriptions, they do not appear to have any provision for an 0n-line repeat ordering service.
