   I visited as I'd been unable to make contact by phone. There were just two staff trying to deal with a constant stream of customers. I witnessed the staff being harangued for not answering the phone. The young lady served me quickly and efficiently, and explained there should be several more staff but they were down to just the two. It is up to Jhoots at a more senior level to deal with stressful situation and support their employees better. I did ring the Head Office but ... no reply from Customer Services!
