   Individually, the members of staff are polite and try to be helpful. I suspect they are frustrated by poor management as they appear to be understocked and understaffed. Their system of putting completed prescriptions in bins marked "a", "b", "c" etc results in staff having to rootle through up to three bins to find the item. This doesn't seem to be a good use of staff time. Also, they seem to carry very little stock as every time I have a prescription it takes days for them to notify me it's arrived and, for my wife's last prescription, they told me they couldn't get it! To me, this shows all the signs of a business being owned by people out to squeeze the last penny out of the business without regard for any sort of service standards.
