Since jhoots have taken over this pharmacy the service is terrible! Never have things in stock and on my last visit said they are not able to get this medicine and I would need to go elsewhere. I asked why it couldn't be ordered but was told we can't get it from our suppliers and gave me script back. I went to another chemist who had one Box in stock and ordered me the other one to pick up the next day. I told him about what jhoots had said and he couldn't understand the difficulty in ordering as it had been no problem for him to do so. This isn't the first time I've had problems here and I'm now changing to a different pharmacy. Jhoots have a 'dont care' attitude and are rude and unhelpful. I advise anyone who is thinking if using them to find somewhere else!

Jhoots pharmacy is a joke, since taken over they are closing early and not telling patients who have to have there medication on that date,that they are shutting which forced me to miss my dosage of meds. i have been with lloyds for 5 years and never had an issue. since jhoots have took over they told me they can only order 1bottle out 3 at a time as its too expensive which is ridiculous and is not my problem as a patient ,as i would have to come back every 6 days to pick it up, they never have any stock and the staff are completely clueless and at on stage even gave me someone else's prescription and meds it wasnt till i got home i realized but not once did they attempt to apologize and see that they had breached the other patients confidentiality. I have changed pharmacies and am never going to use jhoots at station road or any other location again. I strongly recommend that you think twice before using jhoots

Every time i come to pick up prescription I'm left waiting 15-20 minutes that's not even including the time you're waiting to be served at the counter. Service is ridiculously slow and staff aren't exactly the friendliest either.

I've used this chemist for 7 years. Things were great while they were Lloyds. Since changing hands to jhoots it's dreadful. Long waiting times. Never all your medicines there. I've got home to stuff being missing but not been told when I've picked them up. On ringing the woman I spoke to basically called me a liar. After trying to explain myself and getting her to look into it she had to admit she had been wrong. Very rude staff and very unhelpful. I've changed pharmacy now who couldn't be more different.
