Despite doing an online prescription order through our GP practice, again today the Jhoots Pharmacy had not even started to process the prescription order after 3 working days when I tried to collect it. Once again, today I had to wait 10 minutes for them to process the prescription and I was then told that they did not have some of the medications and I would need to return in 4 days time to collect them. I was told that Jhoots policy is not to start processing any prescriptions until the customer appears in the store. Only then do they check stock and order if not in stock. This has now happened each time since Jhoots took over the pharmacy at Waitrose Cheltenham. It is unacceptable. The prescription order should be on the shelf ready to collect after 3 working days. Time to change pharmacy!
