   I am house bound with chronic illnesses, so need to get my medication delivered. I used to be with Lloyds Direct who delivered my medication from their warehouse. They somehow consistently only used to send me half my medication? I would be prescribed a box of 24 tablets, but would only receive 12 tablets. Since moving to Jhoots Pharmacy, from day one, the staff there have always been efficient, considerate, patient, and professional, giving me all my medication -not half! One day when I was severely unwell and couldn't come to the door, and wanted my meds to be delivered another day, the conscientious lady I spoke to insisted that it be delivered That day, because it was imperative to start my medication as soon as possible, for my own benefit. As it turned out, she was right! So I really appreciated that she was thoughtful enough to say that. Another young lady there with the name beginning with N (not sure if I can mention names here) is always so kind and helpful, and thorough when I speak to her on the phone. The delivery man is also so lovely, and polite, and will wait for me to get to the door! They are a 5 star service as far as I am concerned! There are so many other places that are not, they just don't care. Here, they do. Thank you so much! Please don't ever change.
