Ordered a repeat prescription, via the nhs app, which was sent to the pharmacy, two weeks ago. I went to get it this morning having driven some distance to the pharmacy, where I was told they didn’t have it and that I could order it if I liked. On asking why they hadn’t ordered it I was casually told that they were short staffed. I don’t see the point in being able to order medication in advance if the pharmacy just does nothing about getting it.

Every since Jhoots replaced Boots at the Truro Health Centre, even though you have a monthly prescription, when you go to collect it on the prescribed day, unlike Boots, it is never ready and you have to sit and wait for at least 15 minutes! Now having not been able to collect my prescription yesterday, Friday, I find that they are closed on Saturdays and so I have to go without until Monday! Come back Boots!
