   This pharmacy never seems to have prescriptions ready on time or run very late in doing so. I have had to waited days for a prescription to be ready when it has been approved by the GP and in that time I have nearly run out of medication. When a member of my family has gone to pick up my prescription on my behalf, they refused and told them that I would have to come in myself as they haven’t got the order ready, even though it has been approved by the GP days in advance. These would all be resolved if only their phone number was to work. The calls don’t go through and the phone line goes quiet and cuts off. I wouldn’t recommend Jessicas to anybody and only go there as its the only one on this side of town. Absolutely disgraceful service for a recognised chemist!
