Waited 5 days to pick up my prescription as the last visit took 15mins as they couldn’t find it. This time it was 30mins. Even after the meds had been taken from the shelf and labled I still had to wait 15 mins and that prescription should have been ready. 30 mins waiting for something called in 5 days prior is unacceptable and I won’t be using again

However on this occasion I left work early to visit the pharmacy at 17.40 to collect my regular medication only to be told that no pharmacist was available so although I had ordered them correctly, timely etc, I couldn't receive them even though I needed them for the next morning as I had completely run out. I was told I could get them tomorrow morning but I start work in Oxford 17.5 miles away at 7.00 hours. Please could I politely point out that a pharmacy is not a pharmacy if there is not a pharmacist in it? Quite disappointed today, when normally a very satisfied customer.
