I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the parking situation managed by Jardines (UK). Despite parking in a space marked with a heart symbol - which used to be designated for gym patrons - I received an unjust parking ticket. This space, along with others, apparently belongs to Jardines (UK) now, but the signage has not been updated to reflect this change. This oversight in updating the parking signs is not only negligent but also misleading for anyone who isn't aware of the recent changes. It seems like a deliberate attempt to catch people out, resulting in unfair fines. Such a lack of attention to essential details is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the management's regard for fairness and customer experience.

I have been using this chemist since 1999, and it has steadily declined in service. Nothing to do with the staff, it is Jardines own work practices, as other branches of Jardines is the same. The staff are overworked and very stressed due to bad management practices throughout the chain. A prescription is never ready, they only complete when you ask for it, and it is rare to get the whole prescription altogether. For a working person, to have to make several trips to get a prescription of more than 1 item is time consuming. There should be an ombudsman looking over this company, all branches, it really needs looking at.

Confirming what is said in the other five comments, absolutely awful. Queuing for half an hour and then told to come back later and when you do find they have not got it in stock despite the prescription being placed ten days previous.

The Jardines Pharmacy next to the Brook Health Centre is really inefficient and appears to have little or no systems in place. I have personally had many poor or quite poor experiences there whilst waiting for my prescriptions. Yesterday I was with my wife who had to wait at least 35 minutes for a prescription which should have already have been ready, but wasn’t and had to be made up which took most of that time. It is a very frustrating place to visit most of the time.

The worst pharmacy in Milton Keynes. Very poor service with long waits for repeats that are submitted weeks in advance. Worst still is they often say they cannot honour or find items.

Rude, inefficient and pharmacist closed door on me at 5.55 pm - i had to collect medicine already dispensed - told me to come back and did not give it to me when i said i had run out of medicine and had tried several times to come at lunch time when i could. Note you cannot collect medicine at lunch time when pharmacist is at lunch - terrible pharmacist and severly lacks customer service and kindness

There’s always queues outside the pharmacy. Waited 20 mins to be told they didn’t have medication which is fine told to come back tomorrow afternoon, came back and pharmacist had forgot to order medication told will definitely be in Friday. Came back Monday and still not in stock so got to go back again and queue. It’s getting ridiculous people are always complaining about the place now, have witness 2 people on 2 separate occasions kick off in there.
