Too busy discussing their weekend plans, rather than getting prescription ready. Put 2 prescriptions in and they only prepared one. After waiting 40 minutes I asked where second was and they admitted they didn’t realise there was another one. No apology, no rushing it through. The lady on the counter clearly doesn’t want to be there.

While I received my medication in a timely manner, the cashier was quite curt and unhelpful in her responses. I was feeling very unwell and a little kindness goes a long way. While I waited for my prescription, I noted that she was equally unhelpful with and dismissive of each customer she served.

Pharmacy opens at 9.00. At 9.10 pharmacy still closed, nobody even here, this is redicilous. I really hope that will be sorted out.

The last 4 or 5 visits to pick up repeat prescriptions have involved increasing queues. Up to half an hour. The last on 22nd December was an hour. As it appears they don't respond to complaints or criticism you can only assume they don't care tuppence. Time to try an online delivery service

Tried to call pharmacy twice at 9.30 and 9.45 am on monday, phone rang for 4 mins unanswered both times - may as well disconnect their phone

I booked my covid booster for 11.15 today.(22/09/2022). Upon arrival a long queue had built up. Many people were grumbling about the wait time. I was eventually seen 1hr. Late. By then many people had given up and left. The 2 people administering the vaccvine were excellent given the number of disgruntled patients they were dealing with. There is clearly an issue with the booking system which needs addressing urgently.
