I had requested a repeat prescription for some vital medications I need for my conditions. I had 5 types on 2 prescriptions. I was given just one and a half of the required 5 meds requested. Only one iou note for the half prescription missed. No acknowledgement for the other 3 essential meds that I've needed. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It's absolutely horrendous that the staff do not check all orders before completing dispensing the requests. If this was for life-saving prescriptions for someone more vulnerable, there could've been greater repercussions. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received here.

I have tried on numerous occasions to phone this pharmacy and the phone is never answered. I have tried at various times of day and different days, so refuse to believe they are so busy all the time. Once I even rang the number whilst in the store when it wasn't busy and the phone rang very quietly and not answered. I think it's important to answer the phone to queries as it could prevent somebody who isn't very well making an unnecessary trip. I also would like to check if my prescription is ready rather than going and queuing on the off chance.

Too busy discussing their weekend plans, rather than getting prescription ready. Put 2 prescriptions in and they only prepared one. After waiting 40 minutes I asked where second was and they admitted they didn’t realise there was another one. No apology, no rushing it through. The lady on the counter clearly doesn’t want to be there.

While I received my medication in a timely manner, the cashier was quite curt and unhelpful in her responses. I was feeling very unwell and a little kindness goes a long way. While I waited for my prescription, I noted that she was equally unhelpful with and dismissive of each customer she served.
