Have used Pharmacy for many years 40+ has always been a great experience , friendly, efficient staff , short waiting time eager to help in every way. Recently has gone down-hill , even picking up a prescription has become hard work , Gentleman behind the counter asks for everything to be written down (name,DOB,address) then aimlessly looks & looks for prescription always without finding it , even though you know its there . On my last visit I waited 55 mins only for the pharmacist to find it straight away. This wasn't only happening to me , but everyone else in the pharmacy had to wait & wait for what should be a simple pick up. This is not the first I have experienced this but just put it down to "just having a bad day" Hope the service improves as pharmacy has always been great.

Was spoken to like a child when asking for nytol .was told by the pharmacist or assistant that could not sell me .obvious I had a problem should go to the doctors. This was infront of other customer s not very professional.
