For various reasons (too tedious to relate here), I have been on various antibiotics and other medicines for the last 5 weeks, with another 3 weeks to go. I went to this branch of Jade and was given personal attention, and was given matchless support and guidance on diet, probiotic supplements and so on. The myriad Doctors I have seen recently, both in and out of hospital, mentioned none of this, and I will be forever grateful to the staff member I spoke to at Jade, for his patience and his professional, painstaking advice. I rarely write reviews, but I felt obliged to in this instance!

I was having problems with a prescription at Boots, who were missing one (very common) drug. They were rude, and unspecific about when it would be available, so I asked my practice to transfer my nominated pharmacy to Jade. Within 48 hours I had the missing drug in my hands. So professional.

Rude woman behind the counter. Just stares at you, doesn’t speak. She just acts like she doesn’t want you around. She has worked there for many years & her attitude has not changed. Not good when you are unwell & need some advice.

This weekend I have not been able to enter the website of Jade, and organisation which handles my repeat prescriptions. I am not impressed with the dictatorial method used to force me to visit the chemist.

Collected a prescription for my wife. Quick call beforehand confirmed they would be open and they had them ready for hand over on collection, with a big smile. Thanks lots

The staff here are always so helpful with my medication and offer service with a smile. They provide a very efficient delivery service and the delivery driver always stops to have a chat. My prescriptions are always ready to collect and they always inform me of when its ready, which is such a nice touch. I would recommend this pharmacy to all my friends!!!

General staff don’t acknowledge your presence, carry on doing what they are doing and then answer the phone ahead of serving even though those in the shop have been waiting patiently ahead of the phone call. This isn’t a one off, it’s the regular experience.

I've always found this practice provides a terrific and very helpful service. With the exception of one, who struggles with customer service, their service is quick, efficient and friendly.

this pharmacy has always been my best as the staff really get to know each customer and keep personnel matters private.there have been times that my percriptions have not been requested as ive wanted,but because the different members of staff have got to know me the problem has always been retified.
