   Wow! I can’t be the only customer to experience absolute rudeness on the telephone surely! First time caller to this pharmacy and it will be my last. The woman - I don’t know her name, but she has quite a high pitched voice and works in the back. She is dismissive, sarcastic and very unfriendly. She should not answer the telephone to customers if she can’t be polite. What a let down, Iwade pharmacy was always quite friendly and approachable.
