I was getting my long-term repeat prescriptions from Aura pharmacy, and they regularly missed telling me when my prescriptions were ready to collect, or they failed to get my meds at all and didn't tell me. Today they told me my meds, due two days ago, were "unavailable from the manufacturer" I don't know if they would have informed me had I not phoned them. I called three other local pharmacies to see if they could supply my meds - none of them could. Then I called Islington Pharma and not only did they have my meds in stock, they also understood my needs, offered a delivery service (I declined), and they explained how easy it will be for me to transfer my repeat prescription from Aura to them, which I definitely will do. Icing on the cake is they're open until 11pm, Mon-Sat. This suits me so much better than Aura, which closes at 6pm (1pm on Sat). I'm very, very pleased that I found Islington Pharma

I’d been visiting family in Islington, from up north, I’d forgot my medication, in a hurry, & I was able to get an emergency supply to last me a couple of days when I started to feel unwell, the pharmacist was a life saver, thank you so much.
