   I had been prescribed HRT Kliofem and had been taking it for some time. I requested a repeat prescription as usual then when it arrived I noticed a different colour packet and thought nothing of it. 5 weeks later I had an hospital appointment where I explained to the doctor how I was feeling showing the HRT and was asked when was it changed. I was not aware it had changed. I pharmacy changed my meds.
