Many many occasions missing Items, Not informed when prescription delivered, when ringing to ask why ? often no apologies or decent reason given, except that they do not put notes in with items to explain items are missing, just wait for patients to ring them about them !!! I explained not everyone may notice, and they gave no response!!!! Also had to wait over a week for my prescription to be delivered.

Dear Mary, Many Thanks for your feedback and we sincerely apologise for the issues you have encountered and this has been fed back to the management team who have today started to look into this matter. As a result of the above we will have a team meeting to ensure deliveries are made with all medicines and if there is anything missing to be noted on the bag itself so when it is delivered you are informed. Collected regular meds today but one item had not arrived. Was asked if I wanted it delivered later this afternoon. It arrived promptly by v. friendly and efficient driver.

Very good delivery service always prompt they go out there way to help you,me personally have been going through a horrible time with my health but idispense are there to give you advice aswell as your medication,I would recommend them highly.
