My son had an allergic reaction to some previous antibiotics that were perscribed resulting in him ending up at the out of hours. He was given an alternative antibiotics, and steroids. I went to three different pharmacy's which include boots, asda and tesco and none of the above had the medications in that my son required that day. However, hyde pharmacy came to the rescue. Excellent service will definitely be using them again.

The last pharmacy I tried as all other pharmacies in the area did not stock the medication I had been prescribed. The pharmacist was extremely helpful, the staff were very efficient and I had my medication promptly. I was very impressed with their service. And thank you - as people don’t say this enough

Having driven to six other pharmacies with excruciating tooth abscess pain, this was the only practice that had my medication in stock.. So Happy .. will be using this practice in future in support our independent owners

A brilliant pharmacy that saved the day. My 2 year old needed some antibiotics and we tried 3 different places that didn’t have it, came to this one and they had it in stock. Even more brilliant that it was at late evening too! Very friendly staff. Thank you so much!

After visiting 4 different pharmacy's on a Sunday, hyde pharmacy came to the rescue with having the items that my 1 yo needed. The pharmacist who served me was really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and quite a life saver on a Sunday!

After a visit to out of hours with our 9 month old, and a diagnosis of an ear infection this pharmacy was open late and had stock of the antibiotics we needed which was a huge relief at 7pm on a Saturday evening as understand there is a supply shortage at the minute. A day or so later was back at the Doctors with baby as he had developed Croup and was prescribed oral solution steroids - out of 20+ pharmacies I rang in the area this was the only one to have any stock of what we needed. The pharmacist and all the staff are really friendly and helpful and think they need some additional praise in the current climate. Thank you once again for helping a mum in need.

My 19 month old was prescribed medication via an out of hours service. I had tried to get this medication from two different local (well known) pharmacies only to be told there’s a supply issue and to call around. After calling around and either having no answer or being told they don’t have it I called Hyde pharmacy - it’s quite a distance for me unfortunately but the pharmacist was incredibly helpful and assured as I was making the journey he would set it aside. When I arrived, as promised they had the medication in stock. I was informed they are an independent pharmacy, yet the big chain well known pharmacies fail to stock what I would deem quite a standard medication. Thank you Hyde pharmacy for helping me from phone to collection.

After looking everywhere for antibiotics for my 3 year old and being told there’s none available anywhere, I phoned this pharmacy and the gentleman on the phone was more than happy to help drove straight there and got my daughters antibiotics! Amazing customer service and very polite gentleman I will definitely be travelling to use this pharmacy in the future Thankyou so much
