   Attempted to access drop-in services. The pharmacy does not make good use of the consultation room. My partner was prevented from entering with me, meaning I was potentially uncomfortable. The pharmacist took issue with me completing a word search whilst answering questions, making me uncomfortable. They did not pay attention to how a female may feel being alone in a small space with an unknown male, and no attempt was made to find out my needs so they could be met or accommodated. I felt the approach taken was inappropriate for a drop-in services. That said, I was seen quickly. So, pro - short wait time. Con - staff are short-tempered.
