As a regular customer over recent years I can only confirm that their service is superb. Knowledgeable and informative. No need to ever consider an alternative provider. Berkhamsted's Best!

Very professional and friendly staff. Expert pharmacist providing in-depth advice. Unlike some pharmacies in the town, Figg's staff took safety seriously and all wore masks and followed guidelines.

My wife and I needed to get Covid tests within 24 hours of travelling to the U.S. The team were so efficient from initial phone call to book the consultation, right through to delivering our results in under an hour. They are ridiculously friendly and exceed levels of expectations and efficiency by a country mile.
