   Held up important heart items for almost 2 weeks because one less important item was not in stock. When phoning it was mentioned that all items would be delivered the following day, and when that failed to arrive another phone call was done with a reply ' you can go to another pharmacy' and when I was trying to explain the importance of the items that was needed to be delivered....they hung up on me. I was not rude or raised my voice but simply did not except their excuses and I believe they don't like it. Who would be responsible if a heart issue incurred? Some of the staff are great, but a couple are!!!!
